Collaboprator accidentally deleted

We accidentally deleted an important collaborator from our free box account. How can we add them back? Please help

I suggest that you invite the collaborator again by sending the invitation to the folder.

I did that and it said sorry you cannot invite deactivated users to collaborate.

Same issue, trying to invite a user an receive the following error.
