Co-Administrator

I am new to Box.  I am the administrator and want to set a member up as a co-administrator.  When I click the tab it denies access and says I must set up a domain.  Both of us have email address that are either me.com or gmail.com.  I go to add a domain and it must be either gmail or me.  If I add gmail and copy the script I do no0t know where to go next.  Can someone guide me?

    I have the same issue, trying hard to add a co-admin , have tested differet 2nd email adresses to these persons but still get a red message that the emails are not validaed etc. help
