I am the admin, and I am attempting to make a managed user a co-admin, but I receive the following pop-up:
"Admin and Co-admin roles must use a verified domain for the primary and secondary email address. Please try again." Both of our email domains are the same.
How do I verify this individual's domain so that they can be a co-admin?

Due to this update all Box Admins are now required to utilize verified domains.
To successully transition your user into your Co-Admin you may verify your domain using these steps.
