Client view of folder

I got to see how a client was viewing a folder of jpegs that I had shared with them. I had hoped they could see all the pictures as thumbnails, but they had to scroll through each jpeg and download them one by one. Is there anything I can do to enable my clients to view my folders as thumbnails?

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your post!

    Your collaborators can get a grid, or thumbnail view buy clicking the icon to "Switch to List/ Grid View" in the upper-right of the screen.

    Furthermore, at the far upper right, there is a download button, which will download the entire directory as a zip file.

    Hi France,

    I have a similar problem as Richard's customers. I have installed Box drive on my Mac but when I want to go through a folder with images in Finder I don't see a preview of the images thumbnails. How can I fix this? We are switching over from Dropbox but not being able to see any previews to select images is a big issue. Can you help?
