Hi everyone,
I am currently using Box.com to share documents with a client, and they are experiencing an issue. When the client requests a password update, they are not receiving the email with the reset link. They have already checked their inbox, spam/junk folder, and other folders, but the email does not appear anywhere.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
