I recently sent a folder link to a client for them to upload some files into it. The folder was completely empty when I sent it to them. However, they responded and sent a screenshot showing there were files in there that neither they, nor I put in there or recongized. Has anyone seen this before? What's best practice to fix this issue?

Do you have an existing or previous collaborator that may have uploaded these unknown files? Also, can you login to your Box account and access those files your client was referring to?
If these are unnecessary files, please feel free to delete them each.
