Hi:


We have a customer that was accessing box. Recently it started to ask for MFA, but he (apparently) never set up the 2 factor. Anyway, he cannot access now, how can we reset the MFA configuration?

We suggest having the affected user to open a support ticket to address her/his MFA issue.
