My client, who has been accessing the shared folder for years, today is unable to access this. They are getting a blank screen only. Does anyone have any answers?

- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Restart your machine.
- Check if your firewall is configured.
- Disable your Plugins,Add-Ons,Extensions in multiple browsers.
