The person received the invite, I got the notification that they accepted the invite, and they stated that they have uploaded a powerpoint presentation (twice now) and nothing is showing up. Any tips??

Welcome to the Box Community!
I believe that you would also receive notification when somebody uploads files. Please check your notifications. Also, the collaborator would also see if the upload was successful if the file uploaded is seen in the "All Files" page.

So what would be the potential cause for the document not uploading? something wrong with the access?
