PC: win10 64Bit build 2004

Box App v 2.20.136

Been using Box.com for my primary storage for years, but due to slow performance over the last few months, I have decided to "make folders available offline" because I really need access to my files - I'm running a business and paying a fair price for my Box.com each month.

Problem:
My laptop (new Lenovo I5 and 16GB ram) crashes the box-app after it have been running for a few hours trying to make the files available offline

Cpu is about 50% and ram is 30% in total
The Box processes runs at about 2GB ram and 10-12% cpu

The content is two folders:
1 - Folder with websites containing thousands of small text files and images
2 - Video content with a few hundred files that are between 200MB and 5GB each

Question:
- Is this a known issue?
- Are there a client app log file somewhere I can check to see what goes wrong?

I have started a FTP session for the Videos now, and so far so good.
The websites have synced completed now, after I removed the large video files
