Hi,

We are using Auth0(Identity as service) where we have configured Box oauth app details to authentication the users and configured the callback to return the code to auth0 after authentication.

After entering credentials, we are seeing "Grant access to Box" button screen. In this screen, a user is trying to click twice on "Grant access to Box" button and it is throwing error upon callback. We created a ticket in Auth0 and Auth0 replied that the error is thrown purposefully to avoid weird things during authentication flow and also said that the second click should be avoided, for example, if Box implemented some way of freezing the button after the first click is done, to avoid calling our endpoints twice in a row.

Is it possible to freeze/disable the button or showing loading icon to avoid clicking multiple times by Box?. It would be helpful if Box is implemented the above.

Please help with the details.

Is it possible to see a screen grab of the error you are talking about? I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by the grant access to box button is clicked twice...
