Clarification of "A Prior Collaborator"

Hi,

I see "A Prior Collaborator" listed under the "Updated" column for folders and files.  Can you clarify which type(s) of user this refers to:

  • a managed user that has been deleted from the domain
  • a managed user that has been inactivated in the domain
  • a managed user that removed themselves or was removed as a collaborator on this folder/file
  • an external user that removed themselves or was removed as a collaborator on this folder/file

    Hi Kim, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The file/folder will show "A Prior Collaborator" when a user left the content as a collaborator, the owner of the content removed the user from it or the Admin of the Box instance deleted/purged the user's account.
