Chrome - Share Link Doesn't Open On First Click

We have a wierd issue where users click a share link and if they dont have chrome open the link wont open. If they already have chrome open or hit refresh it opens. Anyone else seen anything like this and know a fix. It is very strange. It may be a chrome issue but it only seems to happend with Box links.

    Can you try these troubleshooting tips to see if help improve your users experience?:
    • Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when opening Shared links
    • Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser/s
    • Please make sure that 3rd party cookies is enabled in your browser

    Thanks I tried, let me add some further clarification. The link actually loads to the Box.com Foler/site. But if I click on a file, then I get an error:

    "We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please refresh the page"

     

    If I hit refresh it loads. If I copy the link and go to another browser or chrome then it opens. It is easy to work around but the users complain that it annoys them. I tried disabling addons, etc and so far have not found the culprit. They tell me it used to work fine and this just started a few months ago. If I change the default browser to Internet Explorer (Just for testing) then it works fine.
