Chat Option for Support

My company has a Business Plus account.  I am the Admin.  I was directed by the "Working with Support" webpage to find Support Chat on the Community Page.  Why can't I find the Chat function here?  Please direct me to Chat Function.  Last year I was able to access Support via phone.  Apparent cost-cutting measures have now precluded me from having phone support. :(

Welcome to the Box Community!

When you log in on our Community site and select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu on this page, you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team.

These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form, live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a direct phone line.

Microsoft rejects the Box credentials associated with my email address of record.  I changed my BOX password per directions.  Microsoft still rejects attemts to link BOX as a "save-to" "other Locations."
I need help w this.

Hello,

I am having problems with files that are only online. I can't download them and I tried to refresh and some of my folders/files disappeared. If I go to Box.com, the folders are not there anymore.

Dear Box, 

Dear Box,

We have noticed that when entering in our account a very important folder have disappeared, its name is "GRUPO MATELPUENTE" this folder is very big and we urgently need to have access to it, after the upgrades you made this folder is not in Box, please I need you to contact me ASAP to explain what happened.

 

On the other hand we tried to make the payment to increase the storage size of our server and we have another error, please help me with this situation, we are very desperate as we use this application for our business.

We have sent several messages  to support and they say they will get back to me and I have waited all day, no one has called me back. Please if the issue is not with you, could you share with me an email, or a phone number where I can communicate ASAP? I am from Mexico. Also I tried to communicate to the phone number: 877 294 2693. No one is answering.

Hello, I have lost all my files and folders during attempts to manage coadmins no longer in our organisation. The files are still in BOX because a secure link & password provided to a supplier still gives access to the files, but when I login BOX, nothing is there. What should I do?

Is this the correct platform to get support? We are going through a kind of catastrophic event here.

The organisation is Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert Ltée, or just St-Hubert.
