Chart widget doesn't pull all information from a column

Hello!

I'm using a pie chart to pull data from our form to keep track of what departments are requesting projects. However, it uses all of the departments in the column except for one. When I recreate the chart, it continues to omit the one category. Is there an easy fix to make sure that all of the information in the column is represented?
