Hi, I have followed the support and set my new email address, but cannot change to default. The current default email will be unobtainable in 3 days. There is no function to change default address. Can you please assist.

Changing Primary Email address

To change your primary email address, you should start by adding a secondary email address.
To add an email address:

Log in to 'box.com' and navigate to your Account Settings.

Scroll down to Login and Email Addresses and click Link Personal Email

A new pop-up window will appear, please re-select Link Personal Email

Enter a valid email address.

Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
