I am a sole Enterprise user. My existing primary email address was lost because the supplier decided not to support the domain.


So I now want to change my primary email address to a gmail.com one. Over four hours I have followed various advisory pages, but they all end in failure (supposed links are missing) or refusal to accept a gmail address..


Could you please instruct me how to change my primary email address, when the existing one is dead.
