Hi Box Customer Support,


My company is currently undergoing an organizational change, and I would need to change the email address (and the email domain) urgently before the end of this month. If we cannot accommodate the change, we will have billing problems which I would like to avoid.


 


Can anyone please contact me to inform me how to change my admin email?

It is regarding if there is any change in the licensing cost of our current "Business Plan".


My admin account is currently registered in domain, let's call it "Domain A".


In this account we have another email accounts with different domain treated as external collaborators, let's call it "Domain B".


After this organizational change, all email accounts with "Domain A" will change to "Domain B".


My question is:


I would like to change the Box administrator email address from "Domain A" to one from "Domain B", but if the administrator domain and external collaborator's domain are the same, how will this affect the cost of using the plan?
