We have received an email with an invitation to open sent to our general office email from Laura Wangner. We cannot open this invitation unless it is directed to the individual that requested it. In this case, either Please advise as to how I can have this forwarded to the correct person. Thank you.

Did you receive a collaboration invite to access a file/folder? If yes, please reach out to the invitor and this time, have him/her to resend the invitation and use the correct email address.
