When a user is logging in and needs to enter in the 6 digit code from the authenticator app, is there a way to go back and change that so they can utilize the SMS option?

If you do have 2fa enabled already in the account but needs to use the other form of 2fa then you may need to remove the type enabled in the account by going to your Account Settings> Account> 2 Step Verification. Register then the type of 2fa you would utilize.

I mean when a user is logging into their Box account that they should have the option of choosing the authenticator app or the sms option. Because at this point they are not logged in and cannot change the 2fa option under account settings.
