I have tried to change the Owner of a folder to another BOX account.  However, it says the new Owner doesn't have enough storage.  That is inaccurate as the new Owner has nearly 10GB of unused storage.  How I overcome this?

Please have the affected user to contact Product Support so we could check his/her account details. 


We'd love to further assist! 


Try editing the new owner and tick the 'unlimited' storage box - that should remove any constraints and confirm if its a genuine space issue.
