Changing email address

I was able to put in the email address change, but when I click the link in the confirm address email from box. It asks me to log in (with old email) then asks me to create a local password. I enter that but then it gives me a forbidden 403 message.  I don't think my account is a SSO so I'm not sure why this is happening?

this is completed bu t I haven't had any responses/  Are you using lou@furglu.com as email?

still showing an unverified email and when I go to verify both from mobil environment and desktop I still get the 403 forbidden message.
