I’m on an Enterprise Plus plan and facing the same issue as described above:
In the admin console, I can only choose “US” under Data Residency, with no other regions available to select.
According to Box’s documentation and feature comparison, Data Residency Zones should already be included in the Enterprise Plus plan—no additional purchase mentioned.
However, in various posts and help articles, it is suggested that zones may have to be purchased or added separately.
Could someone please clarify:

How can I activate additional Data Residency Zones (e.g., Germany, France) within my current Enterprise Plus plan?

If any additional steps or purchases are required, where and how can these zones be added or ordered?
