Changing an email account and ascribing it a new user/collaborator with same email

Hi-

 

I am trying to remove an old user/name from a current email address. For example remove the name "Ashley Raybuck" from the email

I would like to know how do that as the primary user of the account so I can add the new admin and collaborator without the name of the old admin. Thank you,

    Note: In order to keep your information private and secured, we've removed the mentioned email address in this post. And we do not encourage doing such in the future. 

    To edit your user profile, here's how: 

    • Go to box.com and select your profile at the top right.
    • In the drop down menu, select "View Profile."
    • And it would take you to "My Profile" page and click Edit Information.
    • Change your name under "Your Name" section and Save Changes.
