Hello!


I need help removing myself as the admin and adding one of my co-workers instead.  I receive an email asking me to verify the transfer.  When I click there, it takes me to a screen that looks like this: aqg01HDPYFERRX8B6Z7K5JT27YY0X.png


I have made sure I am logged into my account, but I cannot verify the transfer.  Can someone please help?

I have the same issues as above. I am the currently admin at The Grove Consultants International and need to change to Megan_hinchliffe@thegrove.com, our CFO.  I followed all you instructions and got the transfer verification and it said I don't have the ability to do that. I hope you appreciate we just finished spending many days, hours, and dollars simply getting our domain updated to handle verification of co-admin. Please HELP!
