We work on common files uploaded in the box. When making changes in "online mode" we often get an error message saying that "the latest changes were  not saved. Reload to keep working on the document" (not verabtim), and when we reload the changes are lost. What might be wrong?

Several of my team members are experiencing this same issue for the past couple of weeks.  First thought it might just be a glitch but it actually ongoing at this time.  Could someone assist?
