Hello.  I have an active email address where I receive password change requests, however, I have changed phone numbers and I can't receive the confirmation text from Box.com when I try and change the password.  Please advise how I can access the account to reset my password.

Please be informed that for your password reset with Box. Your password reset link can only be sent through email and not via SMS.
