When I go to a PDF file with a password in a box from the website, the following message appears.

Is it possible to change this message only for the PDF file in question?

The message “The preview could not be loaded because the document may be protected. Please open or download the file to view it.”

    Im a new user, so I uploaded 3 of my renewable energy reports to the file I created then when I log in again and click on all three files at different times all I get is : it may be protected and the the big PDF I do not know if its a glitch with Box.com, my files are not protected, I use adobe pro to create my reports
