Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I understand that you need help in changing the Primary email address associated to your Box account.
I checked your profile linked to this post and I see it is on Personal Free Box. If you wish to change the Primary email linked to your Box, you simply need to add your new preferred email to use as a secondary email and then make it Primary later once verified and added to your account.
Here's how:
1. Go to the user's profile (Initials)
2. Click Account Settings
2. Under Account tab, scroll down to "Login and Email Addresses" section
3. Click Add or Link Personal Email
4. Once done you can remove your previous email by clicking the "Remove" option on the side of it.
