Change Primary Admins email address

I also, have the same issue and am interested in guidance on this matter!

Follow up here would have been nice as I need this too.

How do I change the Primary "owners" account email address? I have access to the account but cannot change the owners (my) primary email address.  

(It appears from forum this requires Box support admin support)

Please respond asap.

I also need to update the email address that is in the settings of our account. It is currently showing: <personal information redacted>

and I have no idea how to change it…
