Hi 

BOX, can you please reach out me. We need to change ownership on a account. The previous owner is no longer in the company, so we can’t reach out to him, and also we need to change billing information. I have written about this topic before but haven't received an answer that I can use - please help

How can I get an ownership of our account ? Our billing team had ownership of the account, but we switch to the new billing and we still need access to this account. 


I am not the owner, however, the owner of my BOX.com left the company, how can i change the ownership and billing info? Is there any email contact i can reach to resolve this issue?
