Hi 

BOX, can you please reach out me. We need to change ownership on a account. The previous owner is about to leave the company 

Tried numerous things to link an existing collaborator, but without success.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

Note that only the folder's existing collaborator could take over the folder ownership. Are you having trouble transferring the folder ownership? If yes, you may attach a screenshot of your error in this forum.

Thank for the reply. It is not about changing ownership of a specific folder. It is to remove me as owner of the account and replace with a collegee, who already is contributor (haly@...))

 I'm having a similar issue after a split in a partnership and need to become the primary admin on our account.  How can we transfer to me, as I am now the Co-Admin.  I'd like to avoid having to set up a new instance move 8 years of documents to a new account for our entire team.
