How do we change the owner when we no longer have access to that email account? The employee left the business years ago and the email account deactivated, we are all contributors, but the account owner is the past employee.

Once the email account has been deactivated/deleted and you can no longer sign in with Box. I'm afraid, we currently don't have a workaround to access this account.

So if the owner is joeblogs@hotmail.co.uk, how do we change the owner to joesmith@hotmail.co.uk?
