Hello, 

I reached out a month ago, but my issue still hasn't been resolved.

The current "Owner" no longer works at the company, so the article that was sent to me didn't help me resolve this issue. I sent two emails regarding this & no one has gotten back to me. Is there a way y'all can change the "Owner" on your end. I'm unable to do it on mine.

Sine the "Owner" no longer works for the company. You have 2 options to change ownership.
 
Is the email of the "Owner" active or inactive?
 
Are you able to access the admin's email to request a password reset link and gain access to the account?
If it is inactive, then would it be possible for their IT team to restore the email and request a password reset link?

The email address of the current "Owner" is inactive & I'm no longer able to access it. 

Is there another way to update the "Owner"?

Hello,

I ma having the similar issue as AJ's. The owner of the box had changed the job, who cannot even access his email of the box account anymore. We still have two "Editors" hanging with the box trying to keep the history of the file transfer. Our question is whether BOX has any easy way to change the ownership to one of the editors while keeping the history.
