I will be transition employees within my organization, ie one is leaving and the other joining.  The new employee will be using the same computer as the previous employee and the same computer user profile. If I add the new person as a Box User, does that mean I have to install a new BOX folder on the computer?  Would that take up too much HD space?

    Hi Laveille, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    When you have Box Drive installed, there's no need to reinstall it for the new user. The user just have to log in his/her Box credentials.
