I have a 2tb internal Drive, but I would like to sync to a 4TB SSD on Mac (m1) the documentation says to unistall (which I did) and start over. Its supposed to give me this option on first run, but it doesnt AND the menu does not match the screen shot on your sight? Please advise,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    From what I can see on my end, you have 10GB of total allocated storage. You can only sync maximum of 10GB. If this is collaborated folder, Box syncs files based on the file size eligibility of the file owner.

    This is not my question. Im asking how to move where Box Stores its cache from the internal drive to an external drive. Box's own internal post for how to do this is not valid. If I need to buy more space to get past the 10gb threshold, I can easily do that once I solve this initial problem. My current client wants to use box to share terabytes of data, something I have had no issue setting up with Dropbox and Google Drive.
