If you wish to update the email address, kindly follow the steps provided in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings#loginandemail
To update your listed contact number, you can click the "View profile" option under your display picture then click the "Edit Information" button to remove your old number and replace with your new number and make sure to click "Save".
