could you help me please? I need to do this, but can simply add a second email adress, but not delete the so far primary one. how can I?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    Since you've already added a secondary email to your Box account. 

    Here's how to make a secondary email address your primary email address:

    • Log in to box.com> navigate to your Account Settings and scroll down to 'Login and Email Addressess.'
    • Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
