Hi, I would like to change my email address but every time I try, I get error code 403.

I too would like to change my email address. Making matters worse, I can no longer access l the email address that my box account uses so I won’t know if you email me about this topic. Can you post a way for me to communicate with you directly? Thank you


Unsurprisingly, I'm running into the same 403 error code, so is it safe to assume the issue has not been resolved yet?
