Change email address

Using box.com, please navigate to your Account Settings> Add a Collaborator or Link Personal Email> Look for Link Personal Email. To input your secondary email and all other steps to change your primary email address will be seen in this article:

To add an email address:

1. Click Link Personal Email.
2. Enter a valid email address.
3. Click Save.

An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

To make a secondary email address your primary email address:

• Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
