Here's how to change your primary email address. 

1. Log in to box.com and navigate to your Account Settings. 
   


2. Scroll down a bit to Login and Email addresses. 
   


3. Click Link Personal Email.
   


4. Enter a valid email address.


5. Click Save.

An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

To make a secondary email address your primary email address:

• Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.

Hi there.

I tried to do so, but I don't receive the confirmation email (I checked also in the junk folder).

I wanted to retry by removing my private Email, now I receive an error when adding the new email:

"There was an error while trying to add [the email to add] to your account." (so basically unable to do the first step again).

Can you help here?
