Hello,

 

I need to change my account email address, followed the steps here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044192633--Error-Trying-to-Add-Email-to-Your-Account-with-Secondary-Email and I am hit by this error message, with resolution to contact you however it's a forum?? Makes 0 sense
