Census Blocks Covered by Auction 904 Defaults Shapefile is unavailable

Hello,

We are trying to download 904 Defaults Shapefile using link provided at https://www.fcc.gov/auction/904/round-results

Box.com is showing the below error:

This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you.

Infact yesterday we are able to download that file and it has been updated yesterday and we are facing problem after that.

Any idea if there is any permission issues with file after recent update?
