Case number #2587833 was opened 1 week ago 3/18/22.  I do not have access to the office online tools for files accessed via box.  All basic troubleshooting was completed before the case was opened.  Despite daily pleas for help.  No Response.  I believe a live conversation and access to laptop is required - but cannot seem to escalate any responsiveness.  HELP
