Capture Media - Licence expired

When using the mobile app (Android) and selecting "Capture media -> Scan document", I receive the error below:

"Licence expired

The licence to use document scanning has expired. Please contact your Box administrator."

How do I remove this error so I can scan documents?

Please be informed that we only support all versions Android OS that were released within the last three years. If you are experiencing issues, try updating your OS to the latest version.
