Hello - I am working in Canvas and occasionally it just locks me into a "view only" mode. If I try to edit on iPad, I'm still locked into "view only" mode. Any help / experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
