Cant see folders in my View

I am new user to box, admin added my account to box and granted me access to a working folder, I can't view the folder in my login. Could you please let me know what roles I need to have to access the folder ?

Hi Raj, 

Welcome to the Box Community!

You would have to be invited as a "Collaborator" in a shared Folder to see it in your Box.

Did you receive an email notification of the invitation to collaborate in that folder?

Can you try contacting the person who added you in that folder to confirm the status of the invitation they sent?

Thank you for the reply! Yes admin added me as collaborator on the folder. I got below mail

I currently don't have access to folders that I had access before. There have been no changes and I am still a collaborator.

Hi Dasy, 

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for jumping on this thread!

I would recommend that you reach out to the owner of the folder and confirm if they have made changes with your access to that folder.

If a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them reinvite you to that folder again.
