Cant see files that my collaborator uploaded

Question

I cant see the files that my collaborator uploaded. They sent me a screen shot showing the file in the account. When I log in there is nothing there -- not the uploaded file from today or the files I accessed yesterday

I suggest that you ask the user to send you the invitation again as this may have expired.
