Cant see files that my collaborator uploaded

I cant see the files that my collaborator uploaded. They sent me a screen shot showing the file in the account. When I log in there is nothing there -- not the uploaded file from today or the files I accessed yesterday

    Have you accepted the collaboration invitation this user sent you through email? I suggest that you ask the user to send you the invitation again as this may have expired. They may have sent you a screenshot of the file but does it show that you are part of the collaboration from the user's end?
