I have personal pro but i cant retrieive my version history for some files. I get a server error and it says there are no previous versons of the file even though it says there are multilpe versons saved.

I did not get the help I needed. I want to know if I can retrieve earlier versions of my files or if some from BOX can do it for me. I cant see the verson history for some files after a data breach.
