HI. I deleted several files back on September 7th, and today I'm trying to restore a folder from the Trash, but I keep getting an error saying it's locked by another operation.
full message is “We could not perform this action because the designated folder is locked by another operation.”
It has already been two weeks since the deletion, so I don't think it's just a temporary delay or timelock. What worries me is that I’ve seen older posts from people running into this exact same issue, but none of them seemed to have a clear solution or follow-up fix.
To make matters worse, I can't seem to find an option to open a support ticket or contact Box support directly anywhere in my account layout.
Has anyone managed to resolve this error on their own, or can someone guide me on how to actually reach Box support? Any advice is appreciated!
